This topic describes the effect that the Approval status
has on tags and forms.
Tags
A Tag may have a status of
"Approved", or
"Not Approved".
An
AssetWise user must be assigned approval security
role, in order to approve an instance of a Document class.
Tags can be approved and unapproved in
Asset Lifecycle Information Management.
After a tag has been approved, it can be revised using the Create New Revision
action:
Forms
In
Bentley Forms Designer, Approved forms are
read-only. Only forms that are in Draft status may be edited.
In
Asset Lifecycle Information Management,
forms that are have Draft status do not appear in the user interface, unless it
is part of a form collection.
